Audio Files: Your audio files are processed entirely on your local Mac. They are never uploaded, transmitted, or stored on our servers.

Usage Data: We do not collect analytics, usage statistics, or behavioral data. The app works completely offline and does not communicate with external servers during normal operation.

App Store Information: Purchases and downloads through the Mac App Store are handled by Apple according to their privacy policy. We do not have access to your App Store account information.

Local Processing: All audio analysis and processing happens locally on your Mac using native audio frameworks. No internet connection is required for the core functionality.

No Cloud Storage: We do not offer cloud storage or sync features. All processed files remain on your local device.

Sandboxing: MultiTrim runs in Apple's sandbox environment, limiting access to only the files you explicitly choose to process.

No Network Access: The app does not make network requests during audio processing. Any network access is limited to license validation and update checks.

StoreKit Integration: MultiTrim uses Apple's StoreKit framework to validate Pro purchases. This communication is handled entirely by Apple's secure systems.

No Personal Data: License validation does not involve any personal information beyond what Apple's StoreKit requires for purchase verification.

Offline Capable: Once validated, MultiTrim can operate offline. Periodic validation checks may occur but do not impact functionality if unavailable.

No Data to Retain: Since we don't collect personal data, there is no user data to retain or delete.

Local Preferences: App settings and preferences are stored locally on your Mac using standard system preferences. You can reset these by uninstalling the app.

Processed Files: All audio files and processed outputs remain under your complete control on your local device.

Apple App Store: Purchases and updates are handled through Apple's App Store, subject to Apple's privacy policy.

Apple StoreKit: Used for license validation with minimal data exchange required for purchase verification.

No Other Third Parties: MultiTrim does not integrate with any other third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.

Complete Control: You maintain complete control over all your audio files and any data created by the app.

No Account Deletion Needed: Since we don't create accounts or store personal data, there are no accounts to delete.

App Removal: You can completely remove all traces of MultiTrim by uninstalling the app through Finder or Launchpad.

MultiTrim does not knowingly collect personal information from users of any age. The app's privacy-first design means no personal data is collected from anyone, including children under 13.

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Given our privacy-first approach, any changes are likely to maintain or strengthen privacy protections rather than reduce them.
